Sierra Leone’s Minister of Internal Affairs Arrives in Moscow Ahead of International Security Summit.

Korovy Val, Moscow – 27 May 2025: The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Honourable Morie Lengor, along with the Assistant Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. John Bosco Momoh, arrived safely in Moscow to participate in the International Meeting of High-Ranking Officials Responsible for Security Matters.

The delegation was warmly received by His Excellency Ambassador Mohamed Yongawo and the Head of Chancery, Mr. Ibrahim Saspo Sankoh, at the Moscow Domodedovo Mikhail Lomonosov Airport.

During his two-day working visit, Honourable Minister Lengor will attend a series of high-level meetings, including bilateral engagements.

These meetings have been diligently facilitated by Ambassador Yongawo to strengthen cooperation between Sierra Leone and the Russian Federation in matters of internal security.
